At Hotze Health Collective, we take an integrative approach to mental health, supporting women, teens, and adults in achieving true well-being. Rather than focusing solely on diagnoses and medication, we emphasize a holistic view of health, considering the mind-body connection and the many factors that influence mental wellness.

Our work together goes beyond talk therapy—we explore lifestyle, nutrition, movement, sleep, habits, and relationships, recognizing their profound impact on both physiology and psychology. Through this collaborative approach, we help clients tune into the messages their mind and body are sending and guide them toward alignment, balance, and lasting transformation.

Whether you're navigating stress, emotional challenges, or seeking a more vibrant and intentional way of living, Hotze Health Collective provides a supportive space to help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change.

Vibrant health and wellbeing

our philosophy

At Hotze Health Collective, we believe true mental health is created from a holistic, integrative approach that honors the connection between mind and body.

I’m Kathleen, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner dedicated to helping women and teens navigate life’s challenges while feeling strong, resilient, and in alignment with their truest selves. My approach integrates mental health, lifestyle, and holistic support—because our mind, body, and spirit are deeply connected, and true wellness comes from addressing all aspects of who we are.

Kathleen Hotze M.S., LPC, HHP, MBSR™-P

I believe that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are influenced by physiology, nutrition, movement, sleep, and overall lifestyle. I work with clients to explore how these factors contribute to mood, energy, and well-being, empowering them to create sustainable habits that support mental and emotional balance. My work includes mind-body techniques, subconscious reprogramming, and holistic strategies to help clients break free from limiting patterns and align with their highest potential.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, following a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mississippi. I have also completed three levels of Mind Body Spirit Release™ training, accredited by the Association of Drugless Practitioners. My background in both science and holistic health allows me to bridge the gap between evidence-based mental health practices and natural healing approaches.

Beyond my practice, I live my life in the pursuit of wellness. I love taking long walks with friends, reading, cooking, and moving my body in ways that make me feel strong. You’ll often find me at the local farmers’ market sourcing fresh, whole foods or exploring new ways to optimize health and well-being. Faith is an important part of my life, and I’m always eager to learn, grow, and deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection.

Whether you’re navigating transitions, working through stress or anxiety, or simply looking to align your mind, body, and spirit, I’d love to support you on your journey. If you’re interested in working together, reach out—I look forward to connecting with you!
