At Hotze Health Collective we prioritize the therapeutic relationship between client and practitioner. The first session is often to establish the therapeutic relationship, a safe space, trust, authenticity, and open communication. In the process, we explore your personal history so that we can collaborate on your health and wellness goals.

What can I expect from my first appointment?

01

Taking a holistic approach means this is not symptom management or a quick fix. Whatever concern brought you here, it didn't happen overnight. Please be aware of this when scheduling an appointment that this is an ongoing process that requires time and patience.

How many sessions should I expect?

02

If this is a medical emergency please dial 911 or visit your nearest Emergency Room. For non-urgent correspondence you can email HotzeHealthCollective@gmail.com or call the office 713-705-3120. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond.

How can I contact my therapist between sessions?

03

There is no difference in the quality of care or in the techniques we employ in remote versus in person appointments. It is important to us that every client receives intentional, individualized care whether they are coming into Hotze Health Collective, or seen for a telehealth appointment.

How are remote sessions different from in-person sessions?
